My Top Ten Wedding Morning Tips

These are my top 10-morning wedding tips as a South Wales wedding photographer.

Your wedding day can be stressful from start to finish. There’s so much to do. And lots of fun. These are the top ten things I recommend for starting a wedding. These tips might give you some ideas you didn’t know existed. Enjoy reading this blog post. I hope this blog post is helpful. These tips can help you be successful on your wedding morning.

1. Professional hair and makeup services.

Professional hair and makeup artists are available to your team. They are able to time everything accurately, do touch-ups, and generally get everyone prepared on time. They will help you feel relaxed and calm on your wedding day.

2. Wait for your camera to take certain photos.

If your Fiance gave you a present, please wait for me to capture it.
It is these small moments that are so hard to recreate.

3. Make a playlist

Use background music Let’s have some fun! Put on some background music to get the party started.

4. Eat what you like

It is important to have breakfast ready and waiting, in case you are required. It’s essential that you eat breakfast.

5. Have a quick tidy up

Make sure you clean the area that you are preparing. It’s more likely to be on the ground than it is in the shot.

6. All details related to the wedding are together.

All of your details should be photographed together. Shoes, jewellery, and any other details. This makes it easy for me to find your items when you get there.

7. Get a nice wooden hanger.

It doesn’t need to be expensive or personalised with a name. It would look great hung on a plain white or wood hanger. It looks so much better than a standard plastic hanger. I have spare white hangers, with the words “bride” written on them.

8. Let everyone else get ready before you.

You will need to make sure that your bridesmaids arrive first in order for them to help you get into your dress.

9. Take a few moments to relax.

It doesn’t matter if you’re just going outside for five minutes or if your make-up is being done in a completely different room. It’s okay to take some time for yourself. You are busy, so take some time to enjoy the quieter moments.

10. Take plenty of time.

This was the top tip I received when I reached out to other brides. Don’t forget to allow plenty of time. You want to be ready 30 minutes before you leave.

I can also photograph your bridal party and take some portraits of you all. You’ll be able to make last-minute changes. You will be able to wear your dress for much longer.

Among the tips I received from brides when I asked them for their opinion, these were the ones they shared with me. Have everything ready well before the wedding.

Dress as early as possible before you leave for the ceremony. Your wedding party will be able to see your reaction to this since I will be able to take pictures of them.

You won’t forget anything because you won’t be stressed. You will have time to touch up anything last minute.

You can also wear your dress for a longer period of time.
