Bryn Meadows Golf & Spa Hotel Wedding
Cathrine and Ryan’s wedding at Bryn Meadows Golf and Spa Hotel was something I really enjoyed. This was my first Bryn Meadows wedding, and I was honoured to be booked to photograph their wedding day, this was perfect as a South Wales Wedding Photographer
Cathrine and her bridesmaids prepared for the big day in the bridal suite. As the champagne and bucks fizz flowed, the girls were relaxed and excited which helped with photographing the preparations.
THE CEREMONY
Before the wedding ceremony begins, it is common for friends and family to gather at the venue for hugs and chitchat. As I took a few photos in the area of the ceremony, I went back to the main entrance to wait for the bride’s arrival to capture some photos.
The Fairway Suite
This beautiful wedding suite offers stunning views of the fairways on the 10th and 11th holes. Separate from the main resort, the building has its own reception with a bar and a sun terrace.
It was a beautiful ceremony. I was able to capture the beauty of the surroundings through the large, panoramic windows. There was plenty of natural light coming in. Laughter and tears were shared by everyone as they experienced these special moments.
THE RECEPTION
The reception took place at Bryn Meadows Golf & Spa Hotel. This wedding venue has a great reputation in South Wales. The weather was perfect, with warm temperatures and clear skies. The marquee featured beautiful flowers.
The night started with singing waiters, followed by a cake cutting and a first dance, then a DJ got the party started by helping the guests to dance the night away.
THE VENUE
Bryn Meadows Golf, Hotels & Spa, a luxury 4-star resort, is located on 100 acres. This beautiful location is hidden amongst breathtaking valleys in south Wales and makes for a wonderful backdrop to any wedding. The resort is licensed for civil ceremonies and civil partnerships. It also offers blessings. Two beautifully Ceremony rooms are available, each with breathtaking views of the surrounding area.
